“We had a sprinkler system designed and installed by another vendor. It did not work properly and left our lawn full of green spots and dead spots. That vendor was either unable or unwilling to fix it. We called ALS, and they sent John out to look at it. He explained what was wrong with the system, and what he was going to do to fix it. Once he reconfigured and reset the system, our lawn started to green up right away. He was very responsive to our questions, professional, and we enjoyed working with him.
